About Us

MODB, an open source knowledge base of Mollusca, founded by the Life and Health Data Center, Yantai University, aims at collecting and processing information of mollusks, sharing them to anyone. To improve our database, species were filtered according their mitochondrial genomes. There is no species without mitochondrial genome information in our knowledge base. Of course, we will update datasets once or twice per month after the database available, and you’ll be appreciated for collecting information and providing to us.
